duly voted but with broken save files on the hg tip it's not encouraging ;-} might as well play brogue where there is no pretense of the save feature, heh.

the usual... SEGFAULT... i could try for some traceback to debug it if my life depended on it or smth... if it works on your end it must be something unusually specific to my setup.
